Ford 1953 Pickup Project


Downsizing and have to clear out in progress project.



• steel cab and doors – chopped 3 1/2 ”
• replaced steel – firewall,1/2 of floor, all 4 cab corners, lower inside and outside of both door
• roof cut and reinforced for sunroof
• custom bed frame with fiberglass sides and fiberglass rear fenders
• fiberglass body parts including-hood, front fenders, lower valence, running boards, front fender supports, inner splash aprons, running boards to bed spacers
• new front bumper, original front grill excellent condition
• mustang II power rack and pinion front suspension with 11” disk rotors [Speedway motors parts] 5 lug to match rear end
• 1968 ford mustang rear differential all rebuilt
• rebuilt chevy tilt steering collum
• rear suspension=4 shocks leaf spring with air bag assist
• 350 chevy engine rebuilt with new pistons, crank polished and balanced, Rodes cam and lifters, gear drive, roller rockers, valve job, extra Edelbrock cam, Summit intake manifold, Holley 650 spread boar carburetor, Holley aluminum valve covers
• new aluminum radiator and water pump
• 700R4 rebuilt trans with extra 700R4 trans
• new cut and balanced drive shaft with new universals
• new engine and Trans. mounts
• Old Air in cab heating and ac parts hoses vents, control cables and switches, under dash unit
• aluminum custom dash with VDO gages and dash lights
• custom lower dash with mounts for ac vents, control cables and switches
• complete new exhaust system with shorty block hugging headers
• oil cooler, trans cooler with electric fan, power steering cooler
• engine clutch fan with electric fan backup
• torque thrust-D wheels 7” front and 10” rear
• Lokar shifter, brake system, oil dip stick, throttle cable
• Chassis engineering inc. front sway bar
• E-Z wiring harness complete set, windshield wiper cable system
• hood tilt forward hinge system
• Mallory distributor and cd ign. system= HI Fire 6A and matched coil

Will throw in the trans stand, engine stand, engine crane, homemade sand blaster that works,
I have probably forgotten something, but this should be most of it, a tremendous amount of work has been done on this truck
